USING the Hoop - Suggestions for Play
We hope to improve this section of our site with any information that allows our customers and other
Door Jam fans to better enjoy our product.
For now, we want to pass along information regarding "the rock *" that you use with your Door Jam hoop.

Presently, we include an extremely soft, vinyl-covered padded ball with our hoop. However, some of our all-Door Jam players prefer some other "rocks"; for now, we name the brands here:
1) a ball branded the "Coop Rookie" is a soft but inflatable ball, with a perfect diameter for our hoop. It provides excellent dribble response for realistic basketball play, and appears to have excellent durability.
2) We now offer for sale a ball branded the "POOF" - a firmer version of the standard foam ball. It
is a favorite of many indoor hoopsters, and has pretty good dribble response. After hours of play, this ball
gets a little ragged; however, at our price of 3.75, it's cheap enough to get a new "gamer" !
