We at QuesTech are happy to replace a defective product. However, we cannot replace DoorJam hoops that
have been tortured by their users. No mini-hoop can hold the weight of a person, however small that individual
may be.
The young man pictured at left is basically dunking with his feet on the floor, snapping the ball through with his fingers. The DoorJam is made as an inexpensive replacement for plastic hoops - and is not intended for hanging, grabbing, or other excessive human force. By purchasing and using the DoorJam hoop, the customer understands that the unit will likely break if these conditions are applied.
If your DoorJam hoop is received in defective condition, we will be happy to replace it. Please inspect the package before opening. If received intact, your DoorJam hoop should provide years of enjoyment in normal usage. If you receive your hoop and it is damaged, please return it to us promptly (within 3 days of receipt) and we will resend you another unit.
As our customer, you are responsible for gameplay NOT destroying the DoorJam unit. QuesTech L.L.C. cannot be responsible for product abuse.
